Molly is a qualified Pilates Instructor and Remedial Massage Therapist.
Having initially studied a Cert IV Pilates with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates RTO, she has now also completed her Diploma of Studio and Rehab Pilates.
Molly was first drawn to Pilates many years ago when she saw how effective it was to help correct unhelpful movement patterns, poor posture and muscle imbalances. She saw it as the perfect compliment to her massage practice and wanted to share this knowledge with her clients to allow them to be able to help themselves through movement.
Having always had a keen interest in health and fitness, Molly is also a University trained Naturopath and qualified Yoga Instructor. Her passion is to facilitate mindful movement in order to cultivate strong, healthy bodies.
Molly is available at Core Studio on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for Private or group Pilates, Reformer classes (see timetable under Reformer classes on Homepage) and Massage.
