Michelle is a qualified Pilates and Gyrotonics teacher.

Having practiced and experienced the benefits of Pilates for many years herself, Michelle decided to undertake her apprenticeship at Core Studio in 2004 under the guidance of Kate Henson. She began teaching at Core in 2006 and in 2009 decided to further her teaching skills and repertoire by undertaking her Gyrotonics teacher qualification.

Michelle has always had an interest in health and fitness and inspires her clients with her challenging, variable and focused classes. She incorporates both Pilates and Gyrotonics into her sessions allowing clients to gain maximum movement, strength and flexibility from their workout.

Michelle is passionate about helping clients improve their body awareness and guiding them to reach their full movement potential.

She is available for sessions at Core Studio on Wednesday mornings.
