It was the feeling of strength, balance and flexibility that first got Julia hooked into Pilates. After completing her training with Polestar Pilates in 2011, Julia has taught classes in Finland, Sydney and Byron Bay. With a background in performance arts and contemporary dance, Julia’s teaching is influenced by several body-mind techniques including Feldenkreis, Alexander Technique and Body Mind Centering.

Julia’s classes will leave you feeling centered both physically and mentally.

Julia works Monday – Thursday at Core Studio offering Private, Semi-private and Reformer class sessions.
