STUDIO HOLIDAY CLOSURE DATES DECEMBER 2021
Our studio will be closed for the holidays from Friday 24th December and reopening on Tuesday 4th January 2022. We wish you all a healthy, happy and safe holiday and look forward to seeing you in the new year!
MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY MAT CLASSES NOW IN STUDIO AND ONLINE!
Both our weekly mat classes with Fiona are now open live in studio or online via zoom. These classes are a full body workout suitable for all levels. If you would like to come into the studio for either of these classes please book in with Fiona prior to class as we have a class limit of 9 people due to Covid restrictions. Class times are:
MONDAY 9-10:15am
WEDNESDAY 11am-12noon
